Virgin Voyages is not your typical cruise line and while they have things you would normally find on typical cruises they tend to do things a little bit differently. Nighttime shows are a common theme among cruise lines and Scarlet Lady has it’s fair share!
Never Sleep Alone is a cabaret style risqué comedy show and it’s not for the faint of heart. Hosted by Dr. Alex Schiller-author of Never Sleep Alone takes guests through this fun and definitely adults only stage show. You can find this event on various nights in The Manor nightclub/bar. You’ll be able to order drinks and be sat in a comfy seat to enjoy the show. Upon arriving the hosts will ask you if you’re feeling adventurous tonight. Hint hint if you don’t want to be called out or be asked to come to the stage say NO immediately and if you don’t mind you’ll be sat up front and likely become part of the show.
Dual Reality is a Shakespearean tale told through circus acts. I know it sounds crazy right-crazy wow. Upon entering the stage and seating you’ll be given a bracelet in either red or blue and told to sit on your side. You’ll get the best view in the direct center of the room but keep in mind once the show starts, and it lasts about an hour, you won’t be able to leave since the exit is part of the stage. This fast paced show with all the stunts will leave you with a big wow! Not to be missed! You’ll find this show on the ship’s Red Room.
Shows can be booked through your Virgin Voyages app as soon as you board the ship. It’s best to board and then grab a seat to check out all the offerings for the week and book a couple!
