Pandora-The World of Avatar is located within the Animal Kingdom Park at Disney World, Florida. Pandora is based off of James Cameron’s hit movie Avatar. You can travel to Pandora and see the amazing floating mountains which are really really wow!!!!
Pandora boasts two separate rides- Avatar Flight of Passage and Na’vi River Journey. Flight of Passage takes you on a virtual ride on a mountain banshee. Riders wear 3D glasses and ride on individual seats while watching and interacting with a large screen. Na’vi River Journey takes guests on a boat ride (similar to small world) through the Na’vi River complete with glowing lights and plants.
Pandora also has many walkways and things to explore in the Valley of Mo’ara.
You can also grab a bite to eat at Pandora’s quick serve Satu’li Canteen or grab a snack at Pongu Pongu.
You can also have your face painted, make yourself into an Avatar action figure or adopt a banshee at Windtraders. Or like us you can turn your little into a Na’vi baby!
The rides in Pandora are amazing and it’s fun to also visit Pandora at night when the bioluminescent lighting effects come to life!
