Disney World, Florida
Planning your next trip to Disney World? Disney World has a ton of fun add ons for your trip to make it even more magical.
Disney’s memory maker photo pass is a service provided to guests that allows families to be photographed throughout the parks by professional photographers. Are you the one always stuck taking the pictures so you’re never actually in them? Problem solved.
Throughout the park you will see Cast Members wearing navy pants and green vests holding cameras and once you see them it’s your chance to stop. The cast members will take a number of shots in various locations and when meeting and greeting characters. Once finished simply give them your magic band, phone or ticket card and the cast member will electronically transfer the pictures taken to your My Disney Experience (MDE) app. If using a card they will transfer pictures to that card for you and you can upload the card number to your online account. You can also save that card and use it throughout the day. You can also use the same card throughout your entire stay. Pictures are ready to view almost instantly on your MDE app.
Photo pass is available for anyone visiting WDW and there is no fee to have your pictures taken. You can purchase pictures individually online or you can purchase the Memory Maker which transfers all pictures to you-I’ll go over memory maker details in another post :). The cost is $185 if you prepay at least 30 days before your visit and $210 after that time. They also offer a daily rate of $75 per day.
Other than the fact that everyone can be in the picture (awesome), Photo Pass also offers magical moments where cast members will have you pose in certain ways and add magical moments to your pictures!
Special events offer special pictures-like this picture only available during the Halloween party.
Don’t forget ride pictures as well! Oh and any photo booths you see-pop on in those are included as well!
Indoor photo studios are also available at Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom and EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion, The Wandering Reindeer.
Just another way Disney helps to make your trip memorable and magical.
