Dapper Day is a group of people who celebrate the refined styling of yesterdays. This includes men, women and even children who dress in their best from head to toe to celebrate the grandiose fashion of the past. The event celebrates with hairstyles, clothing, accessories-honestly you name it. Dapper Day has been an event since 2011 and while not an official Disney event Dappers love to celebrate at Disney! Dappers have their own website too with news about events and style!
But the newest fun Disney pictures are Zooms! Check out this one at Animal Kingdom! They’re called zooms because they use a special camera that literally zooms out and shows a whole different perspective. The cast member will tell you exactly where to look at it takes about 10 seconds.
We recently went on vacation to Florida to beat those winter blues but on our way back our flight got canceled! Now I’m not going to say I minded one bit being stuck in Florida for an extra night, especially since snow and sleet were waiting for us at home. We needed to stay overnight to make our new morning flight. We were lucky to be in the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and I thought….there’s that awesome airport with balconies in the center of the airport-why not! So Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport it was a man oh man was it ever convenient!

Our family is a Disney family. We love going, playing and staying. We have been trying to change things up a bit and do something different each time we visit-which honestly isn’t that difficult. Our last stay was at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Caribbean Beach Resort (CBR) is nothing short of magical. Disney does it again by creating a truly Caribbean feel through their magical imagineering. We hopped on board the magical express and were whisked away to CBR. Upon arrival we immediately began to feel that Caribbean feel. The resort is painted in bright colors, plays island music and is surrounded by beaches, a bay area and fun pools.

Disney has created a fast pass system which allows guests to get into a faster ride line. Upon entering the line (que) you will notice two entrances. One entrance will read standby and one will read fast pass. If you have signed up for a fast pass you will be ushered into a line where the wait will be 10-15 minutes in general.
Fast pass is system in place at Walt Disney World (WDW) Resort that allows guests to make reservations for popular rides, shows and character greetings. One of the most common questions I get asked as a travel agent is what rides should I fast pass? This is a great question because not all rides require or need a fast pass. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party (MVMCP) is a hard ticket event that happens from the first week in November through Christmas at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Hard ticket means this event is separate from a regular park ticket and must be ordered specifically for this event. If you’re lucky enough to visit WDW during this time of year this is an event that’s not to be missed!
