Topolino’s Terrace-Flavors of the Riviera is a sit down restaurant located at the Rivera Resort at Disney World. Topolino’s features French and Italian signature dining and hosts a character breakfast.
Topolino’s is located on the top floor of the Rivera resort. It’s not easily found upon entering the lobby. You will enter the lobby and walk down a hallway to the left and around to find the elevators. You can always ask a Cast Member in the lobby as well! The décor is beautifully done and the waiting area has fun artist character renditions and a full bathroom.
Breakfast is a fan favorite because you can meet all your favorite characters in their Riviera art clothes! Including-Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy. You can also purchase plushies of your favorite Rivera dressed characters-which are of course adorable-upon entering the restaurant or exiting. You know we grabbed one!

Oh and the famous POG juice!
They have the most adorable Mickey and Minnie waffle dippers for the littles…who am I kidding I would totally order this myself!
The classic two eggs any style….
And the sour cream waffles that all the grown ups rave about!
Topolino’s was a lovely place to eat and we will definitely be back! It’s especially nice to grab a breakfast on an Epcot park day so you can hop on the Skyliner available at Riveria after you eat. Characters are ONLY available during breakfast hours so plan accordingly in case you are going for the character experience.
Topolino’s does accept the Disney dining plan and breakfast uses 1 credit and dinner uses 2. Fireworks from both Epcot and Hollywood Studios can be seen from this rooftop restaurant in the evening and the dining room has windows throughout for viewing.
