Pop Century is a value resort located at Walt Disney World, Florida. Pop Century takes you through the fun and memories of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s decades complete with fun music and décor.

Pop Century rooms consist of 2 queen beds, 1 of which is a fold down Murphy bed. This type of bedroom configuration allows more space during the day and once the Murphy bed is in it’s storage position a table folds down. Rooms are updated and have a contemporary and sleek feel.

The bathrooms have a soft closing door which is great for when people are sleeping, a nightlight, magnifying mirror and tons and tons of storage.

The rooms are set with doors that open out to the outside with a large window which many families decorate. All sets of building have a set of stairs at the end and a set of elevators in the middle. You can also find vending machines with snack and drinks and ice machines on each floor,

Pop has several pools located throughout the resort. The main pool is the Hippy Dippy Pool located in the 60’s section of the resort and has a Petals Pool Bar just beside the pool and features flowers sprayers inside the pool. There are also pools in the 50’s section and 80’s section. These two pools tend to be quieter and less crowded. The pool areas clearly display their hours and provide towels for guests, as well as children’s float vests. All pools are disability accessible.

The resort has directories throughout and activities change and are listed daily for guests.

The resort is filled with oversized decorations for each decade which give the resort a bright and fun feel and is a favorite amongst families.

Buses are located at the front of Harmony Hall, the main food and check in area of the resort. Buses from Pop will take you to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and World of Sports.

The Disney Skyliner will additionally take you to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios and is located on the bridge in between Pop and Art of Animation.

Pop also has shopping and dining located in the Harmony Hall main building area called Everything Pop. Stop by to go shopping or grab quick serve dining. This area also includes guest check in, a waiting area, restrooms and an arcade. There’s plenty of tables both inside and outside of Everything Pop dining.

Pop Century is a great option for families and budget friendly travelers. Pop is filled with fun theming and great customer service.
